Refund policy

Order Cancellation by ZOROY:

* Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

* We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
* Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
* We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
* We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
* If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
* The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ZOROY and accept ZOROY'S decision regarding the cancellation.

Customer Cancellation & Refund:

* If the Order is cancelled before Dispatch, full Refund shall be initiated; except in cases of Customised Orders wherein only wherein 25% amount shall be retained as Processing charges.

* For all orders cancelled after dispatch of product, 50% amount shall be refunded after the parcel is returned back to us in proper condition.

* For Orders which are not accepted by the Recipient for any particular reason and thereby returned to ZOROY, no 50% Refund shall be provided once we receive an email at sales@zoroy.com requesting the same.

* For any order which has reached in Damaged condition, please send the pictures of the same to info@zoroy.com. We shall revert back with the shipping details so that you can send us the parcel back. Once we examine the product condition, you can either Cancel he order or get a fresh piece re sent.

* Refund will are processed within 10 working days from the day we confirm your refund value.
